Hearing of Rowdy sheeter Ayub’s fake passport case starts today

Hyderabad: Rowdy sheeter, Mohammed Ayub Khan will be produced in the Nampally Criminal Court on Monday, 18th September along with 7 other accused persons. He was involved in making a fake passport at the address of Golconda. After his release from the prison, he escaped from the country. On 27th December 2016, he was arrested by police at the Mumbai International Airport. Later, he was handed over to Kamatipura Police Station. South Zone Police registered a case against him and arrested Mohammed Khaleel Ahmed (Passport agent), Qazi Syed Muqtadir Qadri, Dy. Qazi Mohammed Naseeruddin and Advocate, Mr. P. Ravindernath. Senior Superintendent of Passport Office, Mr. Venkeshwar Rao had already got anticipatory bail from the High Court of Hyderabad. Ayub Khan’s wife, Hafeeza Begum also surrendered herself in the court and got bail. His brother-in-law, Mohammed Khaiser who is also a rowdy sheeter is absconding.

Chief Metropolitan Magistrate of Nampally Criminal Court will start hearing of this case today. Mr. Ashok Chakrawarthy, ACP of Charminar told that there is concrete proof against Ayub Khan. Police will try its level best to get him punished.

It may be noted that Commissioner of Hyderabad City Police, Mr. Mahender Reddy had promulgated PD Act immediately after his arrest and sent him to jail for one year.
