JOB DESCRIPTION:
Role : Technology Delivery
Lead Role Description : Keep the Technology business moving by building and leading high performance teams. Tenacious and efficient, drive profitability and continued success though managing service quality, cost and leadership of the people delivering services across projects/ programs/portfolios of all scale. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions, leading the execution of the solution plan and delivery excellence programs to achieve the delivery and commercial expectations of Accenture offerings.
Must have Skills : Citrix Technologies
Good to Have Skills : MS Infrastructure and IO
More than 10 to 12+ years in Service management, Vendor Management Experience & managing Citrix operations.
ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Service Management or Project Management proven experience
2.Should have worked on set up and manage Citrix operations.
3. Should have worked in End to End Citrix Management
4. Should have knowledge & experience on Citrix (Version & Lifecycle / XenServer / XenApp / Imaging / Packaging / vDisk / Silo Servers / etc)
5. Knowledge in Citrix Monitoring (edgesight / Control Up / etc)
6.Should have proven Vendor Management experience , ITIL Certified
7. Excellent knowledge and understanding Service management processes based on SLAs
8. Cost benefit analysis and Financial and planning experience
9. Have excellent verbal & written communication skills
10. Have strong sense of ownership, Crisis Management experience & Quick thinking
11. Ability to think outside of the box and learn from the environment
