WHAT
The jobs in this level are responsible for performing a variety of routine and simple tasks such as business requirements collection, and conducting business analysis.
HOW
Compliance:
- Implement the Technology Planning and Development policies and procedures
- Carry out assigned activities in specified area with direct supervision
Technology Planning and Development:
- Collect a variety of documents / information / business requirements from a range of sources to ensure understanding of users’ needs
- Keep abreast of regional and international trends in technical design and solutions in order to identify opportunities for enhancement
- Develop relations with existing internal customers to interpret all business requirements
- Assist in technical analysis, design, development and UAT of projects
- Review simple technical solutions, perform assessment and assist in choosing SI and vendors
- Assist in initial analysis and filtering of requests
- Receive and escalate change control procedure requests to concerned teams
WHAT DO I NEED?
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, BIT, Computer Science or Equivalent
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience
