The Role
Main tasks
• Handle a busy switchboard in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
• Be the smiling face of this professional services company.
• Greet visitors and staff in English providing relevant information about the company.
• Handle meeting room bookings, couriers and mail.
• Assist with general administration.
• Able to work independently as well as in close collaboration with the team and in cooperation with other internal organizations.

Requirements
Background
The qualifications and personal skills we are looking for are:
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to deliver under pressure, effectively prioritise and multitask.
• Experience in working in a busy professional environment.
• Self confidence and necessary personal skills to be the first point of contact for the team.
• Can do attitude with enthusiasm and approachability.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

To be the chosen candidate for this position you will need to be currently based in Dubai, be educated to diploma level with at least 2 years previous experience working as a Receptionist in a corporate multinational company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a positive, hardworking candidate to gain experience with a great company and growing team. You must be available to interview next week and start work immediately.
