Job Role: Manager/Senior Manager – SCM (Pharma)
Location: Hyderabad
Skills Required & Experience:
Excellent understanding of the Country Pharma Supply Chain markets.
Over 10 years of experience in vendor management, vendor development, procurement and sourcing.
Hands-on experience in Sourcing of Chemicals and intermediates for API.
Cost Reduction in Sourcing & Development.
Vendor Identification & Strategy Deployment.
Negotiating skills with all vendors and logistics, knowledge of custom clearance, good network of Chinese vendors for imports of fine chemicals, intermediates, API
Experience of strategic sourcing in a variety of categories i.e. multiple markets and multiple countries.
To working as part of a team and dealing with a large number of suppliers.
Knowledge of relevant commercial legislation with a thorough understanding of the end to end Purchasing and Supply Chain process
Creation of Purchasing and Supply Chain strategies from formulation through to implementation.
Challenges the status quo and clearly articulates what needs to be changed.
Transforms and aligns the organization through people and processes to drive for sustainable improvement.
Focuses on aligning and building effective teams across functions and geographic areas.
Delegates decision making to the correct level within the organization.
Provides feedback and coaching to team members for development
Exposure to supply chain Management & Ware housing and inventory modeling
Provide Supply chain reports to top management for reviews
