Lead and mentor a team of black belts to drive lean and six sigma projects across F&A and other business or functionsBe responsible for driving Quality agenda for the line of service/ business for the siteFacilitate & drive Six Sigma quality culture in the organizationResponsible for developing the skills of BBs to drive projects like Productivity, Standardization, Controllership, Compliance, Leakage Reduction etc. Coach/ consult executive management in creating proper infrastructure for successful deployment and supportGuide Champions with project selection and scope, assuring linkage between projects and business and partner prioritiesMentor and coach Champions, Black Belts and Green Belts in the use of Six Sigma tools and methodology to ensure timely completion of projects with expected resultsTranslate broad organization goals at CFO/ CPO levels to specific projects for BBs Identify opportunities and deliver on initiatives to increase productivity/ utilization of resources and drive efficiency and effectiveness gainsCollaborate well with customer quality & operations teams.

Strong process consulting and operations strategy skills to develop transformation blueprint addressing key business issues. Experience in working with CXO level stakeholders drive large transformation programs and re-engineering engagements Mastery of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies including DMAICExcellent project management skills in situations that involve cross functional stakeholders and challenges such as scope creep, cultural barriers, tight time lines Excellent analytical skills Review and provide direction on projects/ programs using Lean Six Sigma principles and statisticsShould be able to guide team in content development for training and other awareness programsRelevant experience in effectively leading and mentoring Black Belt Projects, Organization wide BPMS , Lean deploymentUnderstanding of Financial metrics, calculations and alignment to organizations metricsStrong analytical skills and problem solving approach Self-motivated. Process Specific Skills:
Must have both a strong experience in deploying Lean/ Six Sigma in one or more of the following industry areas as well as subject matter expertise in one of the core business processes:
F&A expertise working experience in R2R/ P2P/ Q2C verticals for either healthcare industry or any other industry is a mustMust have led projects in F&A space and ability to impact key business metrics at the CXO level. Health Care payer or provider experience preferredHealthcare claims and provider management process experience preferred. Understanding and experience of managing operational risks and controlsUnderstanding of and exposure to project management disciplines and techniques
Soft skills:
Should be able to manage a team of 3-4 consultantsDemonstrated ability to effectively coach and mentor champions, process owners (client and internal staff)Excellent change management skillsExcellent written and spoken communication skills
Education Requirements:
Post Graduate / MBA, ( with analytical background like Engineering preferred) Experience ranging from 10-12 years with 5-7 years in a F&A Lean Six Sigma quality role ( with MBA/ Engineering) with operations strategy/ line management roles in financial institutions, consulting or technology companies or program / change management roles in other industries. Extensive experience of applying lean six sigma methodologies to drive process improvementsExperience in Healthcare/ insurance industry is desirable. Qualifications like TARN/ TAPN/ CA/ IFRS are desirable.
