Job Description:
Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employees by coordinating and disciplining the Managers and employees
Addressing the employee grievances; Counseling employees and supervisors.
Maintain management guidelines in accordance with the human resource policies and procedures.
Maintain employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
