Optimally configure computers & Network for best performance while maintaining back-up computers and all the critical data along with a have a protection mechanism.
Maintain and trouble shoot the ERP software server and client.
Support all the technology related issues in the organisation not limited to Computers and Networking
Remote support for branch offices and trouble shoot IT software and hardware issues
Generate reports required for the management as per schedule
