Home Credit India appoints Sandip Mallik as new CHRO

Gurugram: Home Credit India Finance Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s fastest growing non-banking financial company, appointed Sandip Mallik as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Sandip will be responsible for talent acquisition and retention, organisational change management, employer branding, hiring, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and rewards framework across the organization.

Sandip brings nearly three decades of varied and multi-cultural work experience across India, South East Asia, and Europe in sectors such as life insurance, manufacturing, energy, and diversified conglomerates. In his last stint prior to joining Home Credit, Sandip was an entrepreneur and founded a boutique alternate asset management firm specializing in fine art investment.

Earlier, he held diverse portfolios that included senior leadership roles in leading multinational firms like Aviva, Emerson, GE and Indian companies. From introducing strength based recruitment practices to implementing organization development and learning programmes across several Asian markets, Sandip’s experience has been quite diverse.

Sandip takes over from Jindra Hachova who completed a successful three-year assignment in May 2018.
