Hyderabad: Nearly one hundred farmers belonging to Telangana and Tamil Nadu States have decided to contest Varanasi Lok Sabha seat as independent candidates.
It may be mentioned that PM, Mr. Modi is contesting from this constituency for the second time.
President of the Turmeric Famers’ Association, Mr. Devi Singamani told that these farmers will file their nominations on 29th April.
The decision of the farmers to contest this Lok Sabha seat has been take to highlight their problems. They have been demanding to constitute turmeric board for a long time.
