Hyderabad: The relative of a person’s wife allegedly killed a cab driver. This incident occurred in Trimulgherry area of Secunderabad.
According to the report of the police, the accused indulged in drinking wine along with a cab driver Nand Kishore on the night of Saturday. Later, both picked up quarrels. The accused hit Kishore on his head with a stick and dumped a heavy stone. Later, he fled away.
According to the report of Deputy Commissioner of Police (North Zone), Mr. Kamleshwar Singhnawar, the slain cab driver had celebrated inter-caste marriage in 2011. He also has a son. His wife had gone to her parents’ house after quarreling with husband.
Her husband had gone to his in-laws’ house for negotiations.
When asked whether it is a family feud, the DCP said that it is too early to arrive at a conclusion.
A case of murder has been registered by the police and search for the accused has started.
