Hyderabad: In yet another ghastly incident reported, a realtor was hacked to death allegedly by his rivals at Chandrayangutta on Saturday night.
The victim, identified as Mohammed Imran alias Kala Imran was around 39. He was a resident of Fatima Nagar in Chandrayangutta and was involved in many property disputes said the Chandrayangutta police.
It was when the victim went to attend a funeral around 7.30 pm on Saturday, he was attacked with a knife in al Jubail Colony said inspector G Koteswar Rao.
“They stabbed him below the right shoulder. Locals rushed him to Osmania General Hospital, where he was declared brought dead,” continued the inspector.
The police suspects this was a pre-planned murder and appears to have been carried out by his rivals in land disputes.
The Police have so far questioned victim’s family members, who revealed he had disputes with Jabbar, Haji, Khader Khan and others.
Police booked a murder case and picked up nine suspects for questioning.
