Hyderabad boy donates Rs 50,000 to CM Relief Fund

Hyderabad: In a significant and yet amazing way, a 10th class boy Sai Vishrut Devi Reddy from the city today shown his generosity instead of buying a smart phone for himself. He offered Rs 50,000 towards Chief Minister Relief Fund towards extending immediate support to people in need.

The boy presented a cheque of Rs 50,000 to IT and Municipal Minister KT Rama Rao here. The boy who is aware of KTR’s response twitter based problems and rushing the officials to provide spontaneous help to the needy, might have got an idea to offer the amount to him to use under CMRF scheme. KTR took to twitter to inform this and appreciated the lad of Hyderabad. The boy has shown his big-heartedness instead of purchasing a smart phone. Actually the parents gave amount to purchase a smart phone.

However, the 10th class boy preferred to give it to KTR for providing spontaneous succor to the needy through twitter, facebook and internet. The youth of high school and Intermediate have been accustomed to smart phones, social media and internet and keeping away from sports and arts these days. However, Sai chose to handover the amount to the minister. KTR said the gesture was inspirational. The parents gave him the amount for a smart phone and the boy chose to offer it to the government the minister appreciated. (NSS)
