Hyderabad: According to the report of Meerchowk Police, Brother Imran allegedly made certain derogatory remarks in his speech delivered at Jama Masjid Abu Bakr located at Yakutpura. This speech was delivered on Saturday night.
Police registered two cases, one against Brother Imran and the other against the accused persons who had beaten Omer Rehan on that night.

DCP of South Zone, Mr. Amer Kishore Jha informed that Brother Imran was arrested and produced in the court. Later, the magistrate gave Imran into Judicial Custody.
It may be mentioned that mild tension had erupted at Yakutpura, Hyderabad after alleged derogatory remarks were made against religious personalities of a particular Muslim group, Telangana Today reported.
