Hyderabad: CID registers cases against 24 people in land dispute

Hyderabad: For the first time ever the Crime Investigation Department(CID) has taken up a land disputed case.

Around 24 persons have been pressed with charges of trespassing, cheating and forgery connected to a land in Chandrayangutta.

Several people have lost their properties due to the prevailing muscle power in the city which have been organized by Gangsters including politicians, private money lenders and also history-sheeters.

According to the CID officials a trespassing case is registered for a 380 acre land in Bandla-guda Mandal against accused Saud Bin Sayeed Boam, Mohammed Ahmed alias Sarkari Pasha, Saira Tasneem, Mohammed Murtuza, Mullem Hussain Al- Kaseri, and others.

The official said, “The complainant, Jamaluddin, has made allegations that the accused persons used forged documents to sell the property to some other persons. They forged the signatures of the landowners and sold parts of the land to different people”.

FIR filed by the CID states that the complainant Jamaluddin has approached the Chandrayangutta Police and reported the illegal activity but no action was taken up the Police against the accused persons.
