Hyderabad: Madannapet Police arrested a fake doctor who had usurped lakhs of rupees from the patients in the name of heart treatment.
According to police, Abdul Majeed registered a complaint in Madannapet Police Station stating that Kaleem Ahmed Khan posed himself as a doctor. He runs a clinic in Mehdipatnam. He collected Rs. 6 lakh for treating a heart problem but the patient was not cured. Kaleem Ahmed Khan refunded Rs. 3 lakh through a cheque but he failed to refund the remaining amount.
During the investigation, police found that Kaleem Ahmed Khan had fake medical degrees. He was arrested.
