Hyderabad: First contingent of 423 pilgrims leave for Madina

Hyderabad: Home Minister Mahmood Ali today inaugurated Haj Camp at the Haj House at Nampally. The first contingent of 423 pilgrims departed for Madina from the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Shamshabad at 7.15 am on Thursday.

This year over 8,000 pilgrims will depart for Haj from Hyderabad Embarkation point in ferry flights. Mahmood Ali conveyed his best wishes to the pilgrims and advised them to pray for the wellbeing of Telangana State and one and all. He appreciated the arrangements made by the Telangana State Haj Committee.
