Hyderabad HC orders probe against Aiza School

Hyderabad: Hyderabad High Court issued orders to Telangana Wakf Board for starting probe against Aiza Education Society. The office bearers of Aiza Education Society have been asked to appear before CEO of Wakf Board on 4th October.

It may be mentioned that the division bench of Hyderabad High Court had dealt with the petition regarding the wakf property of Aiza High School. CEO of Wakf Board had issued notices on 14th and 30th September to present before the CEO. This was challenged in the High Court.

Justice Praveen Kumar of Hyderabad High Court after hearing the arguments told that the probe started by the CEO of Wakf Board is legal. The judge ordered the office bearers of Aiza Education Society to be present in the office of CEO and submit the required documents.

The petitioner had complianed that Wakf Board is not furnishing the relevant documents.

After the inquiry of CEO of Wakf Board, his inquiry report could be challenged in the High Court or Tribunal.

It may be mentioned that Wakf Board is claiming that Aiza School is a wakf property whereas the Aiza Education Society denies it.
