Hyderabad: Job fraud case, 4 held

Hyderabad: On Wednesday, Rachakonda police arrested 4 persons in job cheating case.

According to the TOI report, the accused had cheated several people in the name of jobs in State Bank of India, Railway Recruitment Board and Income Tax.

Also, they have collected Rs 3 crore from over 100 people and gave fake offer letters. They were identified as Kalu Charan Panda (resident of Kolkata), Murali Krishna Vallabhapuram, Veera Raghava Reddy and Kadiyala Sandhya Rani. According to the sources, they used the money to visit dance bars frequently.

On Monday, C Srikanth was arrested by the police and based on his information, police came to know that it was a 12-member gang.

“The accused took a flat at Kavi Narzul in Kolkata on rent and named it as SBI Training Centre. They collected contact numbers of job consultancies and asked them to send students as they will provide jobs in State Bank of India, Railway Recruitment Board or I-T department as they had contacts with officials who provide jobs secretly by taking Rs 10 lakh to Rs 15 lakh,” police in a press note – TOI reports.

The absconding accused are Kalinath Roy, Hemanth, Anil, Rajiv Karthik, Alok Varma, P Venkatesh and M Ashok Rao.
