Hyderabad: City Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar, IPS, invoked P.D. Act against Mohd. Imtiyaz Ahmed alias Wadder, a Property Offender of Chilkalguda Police Station, on July 13, 2018.
According to police, the 20-year-old accused of Amberpet has been indulging in property offences by committing thefts of two wheelers and auto rickshaws under Hyderabad Police Commissionerate limits. He was involved in 19 offences disturbing peace, tranquility and social harmony in the society.
The police arrested Mohd. Imtiyaz on June 16 by the Nallakunta police and was remanded to judicial custody. The police seized 18 two wheelers and one three-wheeler from his possession. The Detention Order was executed on him on July 14 and was lodged in Chanchalguda Central Prison. (NSS)
