Hyderabad: V.V.Srinivasa Rao, IPS., Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad has notified traffic restrictions/diversions in connection with the program of Ram Nath Kovind, President of India on Sunday.
Traffic curbs will be in force on Sunday from 1800 Hrs to 2000 Hrs. The President will leave Rashtrapathi Nilayam, Bollaram and proceed to to Raj Bhavan via Malla Reddy Nagar – Lothkunta Y Jn. – MCEME Signal – Lal Bazar T jn. – Holy Family Junction– MG. Community Hall- Trimulgherry x roads – RTA Office – Hanuman Temple – Karkhana L&O PS – Oxygen Hospital, Vikrampuri – Secunderabad Club ingate – NCC Directorate x roads – Tivoli x roads – Plaza X Roads – C.T.O. Flyover – Rasoolpura Jn – PNT flyover – Shyamlal Building – HPS – Begumpet Flyover – Greenlands Jn. – Rajiv Gandhi Statue (Monappa Island) – Yashoda Hospital – Villa Mary – MMTS – Raj Bhavan – V.V.Statue.
On the same day from 2100 Hrs to 2200 Hrs, the President will Raj Bhavan and proceed to Rashtrapathi Nilayam, Bollaram via V.V.Statue – Rajbhavan – MMTS – Yashoda Hospital – Rajiv Gandhi Statue (Monappa Island) – C.M’s Camp office – Greenlands flyover – Begumpet flyover – HPS out gate – Shoppers Stop – PNT flyover – Rasoolpura – C.T.O. Flyover – Plaza X Roads – Left turn – Tivoli x roads – NCC Directorate X Roads – Secunderabad Club ingate – Oxygen Hospital, Vikrampuri – Karkhana L&O PS – Hanuman Temple – RTA Office – Trimulgherry x roads (Ratnaiaha Petrol Pump) – M.G. The Police Commissioner appealed to the citizens to take alternative routes to their destinations and avoid those routes during the specified timings and co-operate with the Traffic Police during the period of traffic diversion. (NSS)
