Hyderabad: Two students — Mahi Keerthana, 9, and Chandana, 8, were killed on the spot and four other students suffered grievous injuries when a shed in the New Century Public School in Vivekananda Nagar colony in Kukatpally collapsed on Thursday evening.
Two teachers of the school also reportedly injured. The school staff immediately rushed all the injured children to a hospital. Locals said the shed in the school crashed on the classroom due to heavy rain on Wednesday night. The school managements remained calm on the incident. (NSS)
