Hyderabad: In Shad Nagar area of Ranga Reddy District, a youth committed suicide by setting himself ablaze near Shad Nagar Highway yesterday.
According to the report of the police, the youth stopped his bike and sprinkled petrol on his body and set himself ablaze. This incident created panic in the adjoining area.
On receiving information, police reached the spot and found his identity card. He was identified as Vishnuvardhan Reddy.
On preliminary investigation with the help of the number plate of his Royal Enfield motorbike, it was revealed that he was a resident of SR Nagar.
Police registered a case and started an investigation.
