Hyderabad: Road accident claimed the life of a youngster from Hyderabad in North Carolina in the United States on Saturday, May 11.
According to the New Indian Express, Sahith Reddy, R/O Nallakunta who had been in the States for over a year now, was run over by an unidentified vehicle when he was leaving the gymnasium at 4.30 am.
The report quoted Sahith’s father, Madhusudan Reddy, a former BHEL employee as saying, “For two days, the authorities could not contact any family or friend. It was when his friends approached the authorities after he did not return, that they came to know of the matter.”
Sahith’s parents have appealed to the State government and the Ministry of External Affairs to help repatriate their son’s body.
