Mumbai: Indiabulls Housing Finance on Tuesday reported a rise of 55 per cent in its consolidated net profit to Rs 1,167.73 crore during the third quarter (Q3) ended on December 31.
According to the company, its net profit for the quarter under review stood at Rs 1,167.73 crore — up 55.39 per cent — from Rs 751.49 crore during the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.
In a regulatory filing to the BSE, the company said its Q3 total revenue edged higher by 36.65 per cent to Rs 4,105.66 crore from Rs 3,004.47 crore reported during a year ago period.
The company declared an interim dividend of Rs 14 per equity share for the financial year 2017-18, the BSE filing said.
On Tuesday, the shares of the company closed higher by 1.86 per cent at Rs 1,379.40 per share on the BSE.
