Indian workers stranded in Kuwait, no way to return

Hyderabad: There are a lot of obstacles for Indian workers stranded in Kuwait to return to their country. Only one month has left for them to return to their country. Indian workers especially those belonging to Telangana who are trying to return to their country are being stopped at the airport for not paying the mobile bill. It is said that they cannot go out of Kuwait without paying mobile bill arrears. As the deadline for illegal workers to return to their country is nearing, Airlines fares are fast rising. It has been observed that the airfares have increased up to three times and a further hike is likely.

Organizations of Telangana had offered to pay airfares to the illegal workers stranded in Kuwait but hundreds of workers are still awaiting implementation of those announcements. The stranded workers are desperately seeking a way to return to their country.

They claimed their visas had expired, they have no money for food and they cannot go to a hospital as they are now illegal residents.
