Industrial & OEM Territory Accounts Manager

Job Description

Achieve the Industrial Sales targets for the territory
Execute Sales targets (volume and gross margin) in line with the Annual Business Plan
Manage relationship with large industrial customers, customer service agents and industrial distributors in the territory
Manage all aspects of Sales activities in the territory
Monitor and report on competitor activity to supervisor
Provide inputs to supervisor to maintain customer credit limits

Customer prospecting and pipeline management
Work out territory coverage plan and develop list of prospects, track and convert the prospects for profitable sales growth
Manage the Pipeline to ensure sales growth
Continuously update the prospect list by monitoring business activities in the territory for industry expansion/upcoming projects etc.

I mplementation of Sales & Promotional activities in the territory
Provide Marketing support and Technical sales training to the Industrial Customers
Conduct workshops/technical seminars for customers , participate in trade shows/industrial exhibitions with support from technical and marketing team
Institutionalization of Sales processes
Follow companys global standard sales processes/key account management fundamentals for large industrial customers
Conduct lubrication surveys, product trials with support from Technical team and prepare case studies for future referrals
Ensure compliance with companys reporting requirements
Resolve customer complaints pertaining to products & applications, with the help of Technical Services department
