The commissioner of GST has recently busted a racket of preparing a fake invoice with an intention to evade GST.
In this manner, the business was being transacted by preparing fake invoice without supplying the goods.
Central GST Secretariat of Medchal busted this racket and found that certain firms have cheated the Govt. of India by bungling Rs. 22.64 crore GST.
Commissionate of GST investigated the case on getting a tip from Kolkata. These forms were also cheating input tax credit of TS.
