Jordan: Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu is revealed to have met with Jordanian King Abdullah II secretly in Amman on Monday, according to Israeli media reports.
This secret meeting between Israeli PM and Jordanian King is linked to the senior US Diplomatic convoy which includes Trump’s top aide Jared Kushner and US envoy to the middle East Jason Greenblatt, Middle East Monitor reported.
Jared Kushner has also met Jordanian King Abdullah yesterday to discuss peace talks and the status of Jerusalem.
Channel 10 an Israeli TV revealed that the Israeli ambassador in Amman did not attend the secret meeting of Netanyahu-Abdullah but the head of Mossad Yossi Kohen did attend the secret meeting.
Earlier, the White House had announced that the aim of the US officials’ visit to the region is to discuss and revive peace talks while also discuss the issue of Gaza trip.
