Jagan to hold Praja Darbar at camp office from July 1

Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is scheduled to hold a Praja Darbar at his Camp Office here, from July 1. YS Jagan took the decision to be directly accessible to people, following the footsteps of his father late Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy, who used to conduct Praja Darbars. It is learnt that officials from the CMO are making the required arrangements for the Chief Minister’s proposed interaction with members of the public.

A shed is being constructed on the premises of the Camp Office to accommodate people, who come to meet the Chief Minister with their grievances. Arrangements were being made for water and big fans are being installed for the comfort of the audience there. YS Jagan will meet people from all strata of society directly for an hour to gain an insight into their problems and ensure a speedy resolution.

According to official sources, the Chief Minister will take up his scheduled engagements, including reviews of various departments, only after completing the Praja Darbar interaction every day. The CM will receive complaints, applications, grievances and appeals during the course of Praja Darbar. He will issue necessary instructions for the immediate resolution of problems related to the people.
