Jagan’s Prajasankalpa Yatra to conclude on Jan. 9

Hyderabad: The ongoing Prajasankalpa Yatra of YSRCP president YS Jaganmohan Reddy in Andhra Pradesh would end on January 9. This was revealed by party general secretary S. Ramakrishna Reddy while talking to mediapersons in the city.

Speaking on the occasion, Ramakrishna Reddy said Jagan would cover 3500km by the end of the last day of the Yatra. He said the Yatra would conclude in Ichapuram constituency. He also said Jagan had covered 134 Assembly constituencies, 2,000 villages and addressed 120 public meetings. He recalled that the Yatra was launched on November 6, 2017 at Idupulapaya of Kadapa district.

He claimed that their party president had faced several problems, including jail term and attempt to murder him since the death of his father and former CM of AP YSR. Noting that the year 2019 is very crucial for the party as it is meant for the defeat of rival TDP, Reddy said their leader Jagan would become CM after the upcoming Assembly elections in the State.

Meanwhile, party spokesperson Vasireddy Padma said the new year would bring a golden era for the people of Andhra Pradesh after their leader YS Jagan became Chief Minister of the State. She said the Yatra launched by their leader would change the course of the State in the new year.
