Jalgaon civic polls: Did activists of MIM, BJP celebrate together?

Jalgaon: Did activists of Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (MIM) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) celebrate together after the victory in Jalgaon? A video which claims, “MIM BJP Ek Hi hai” went viral.

It may be mentioned that in Jalgaon Civic Polls, BJP won 57 of 75 wards.

In Sangli, the BJP claimed 41 out of 78 wards, the Congress and NCP got 15 and 20 wards respectively.

Meanwhile, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis told ANI, “This shows the faith people have on us. I am thankful to the people of Jalgaon and Sangli who had voted for the BJP. We will continue to work for the welfare of the people of Maharashtra.”
