New Delhi: Keeping in view the large number of Muslim candidates who cracked the coveted civil services examination this year, thanks to the able guidance of the Zakat Foundation of India (ZFI), Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind has signed pact with the Foundation and has decided to hand over its largest training centre in Dasna to the Foundation. This was informed by Foundation Chief Dr Zafar Mahmood. General Secretary Jamiat Ulama Maulana Mahmood Madani confirmed it.
Authorities of both the institutions say that the tie-up aims at providing training to a large number of candidates and help them appear in Union Public Service Commission UPSC exams.
ZFI established Sir Syed Coaching and Guidance Centre in 2007 and started giving coaching to selected students. The coaching centre gradually gave good results and this year 26 candidates cracked UPSC exam.
