Jammu: After IAS Faisal, Adv. Hassan resigns as Incharge Law Officer

Jammu: Shortly after 2010 IAS topper Shah Faisal quit civil services to serve the society, Incharge Law Officer Advocate Hassan Baber Nehru has also submitted his resignation.

Speaking of his decision in an exclusive interview he reveals the reality of what an honest public servant is subjected to on day-to day life while they are forced to fight the system’s evil practices.

Advocate Hassan Baber Nehru was appointed as Incharge Law Officer Jammu in Department of Law in the month of December 2016 but he reportedly announced his resignation in the month of June 2017, GBN24 News J&K reports.

He said that he can no longer be a part of the ‘system’ which only aggravated miseries for people hence rather decided to fight for their justice by starting away from the ‘system’.

A public servant is forced to protect the system despite the flaws, but now times finally seem to be changing as a few good honest public servants are choosing not to protect the system anymore.

Simply put, quitting civil services will no longer mandate them to protect the government or the system.
