Jana ecstatic over huge response to Bus Yatra, sure of Congress wresting power in 2019

While seeing the public attended to the Congress party Praja Chaithanya Bus Yatra’s public meeting here, CLP leader K Jana Reddy exuded confidence that the Congress party would come to power. He asked TRS government to adopt goodness at least now while seeing the public attended to the meeting.

Addressing the public meeting, Jana Reddy found fault with the ruling party leaders for questioning as to what previous Congress government was did. He said that Food Security Act, Right to Information Act (RTI) were brought none other than Congress party. The credit of generation of surplus power in the nation goes to Congress government, he said and alleged that the TRS government didn’t produce a single unit of new power. He said that the Congress party would reopen the Nizam Sugar factory after coming to power. The TRS government failed to fulfil its assurances made prior 2014 elections.

Calling upon the party activists to strive with single aim of dethroning TRS government, Jana Reddy said that the TRS government forgotten construction of double bed room houses, implementation of 12 percent reservations and several others. There was a need to send the TRS government to jail for not implementing the assurances given by it. He reminded that the poor used to sell their lands when they fell in hospital before introduction of Arogya Sri Scheme by the Congress party government. There was a need to form the Congress government to realise the dream of Telangana people. He said that the Congress party leaders would wage movement if party activists faced trouble by standing beside them.

The meeting was held under the leadership of Tandur constituency in-charge Ramesh Maharaj. Telangana State Congress party affairs in-charge RC Kuntia, TPCC Chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy, Legislative Council Opposition leader Shabbir Ali, senior leaders V Hanumantha Rao, Mallu Ravi Ponnam Prabhakar, Gaddam Prasada Rao, Danam Nagender, Maheshwar Reddy and others participated in the meeting.
