Jeeyar Swamy okays Bhadradri Master Plan: Tummala

Noted Saint Chinna Jeeyar Swamy today approved the master plan of Bhadradri Temple and related works are to be taken up in August itself.

This was stated by Roads and Buildings Minister T Nageshwar Rao. The Minister called on Swamy, who, on going through the plan, has said that it is fantastic and made a few small suggestions in the design. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is to give his nod for the project which is a formality and tenders will be finalized this month. The minister said that Chinna Jeeyar Swamy has appreciated the master plan and expressed satisfaction prepared by Architect Anand Sai and advised the government to go ahead with construction with a few changes to be made.

On finalizing the tenders, foundation stone will be laid for the works to be taken up, he said. KCR has plans to construct Bhadradri Temple city with all funding. Earlier, the architect made some changes in accordance with Agama Sastra norms as suggested by Temple priests and now Jeeyar Swamy has appreciated the module and design of the temple.

The Minister said as the Jeeyar Swamy has appreciated the master plan and expressed satisfaction, the remaining works will be speeded up. Swamy instructed that of the three arches, the first one should be constructed with stones and the remaining two can be built with bricks. The saint also wrote his message and signed the master plan. The minister expressed happiness on Swamy’s nod and asked the officials to send the plan to KCR for his final approval. He also asked the Temple officials to give better package to those families losing their houses paving way for construction of Mada streets as per the project of the Bhadradri Temple. (NSS)
