Age Limit (as on 1st January 2018): Minimum – 18 Years; Maximum 40 Years for General, 42 Years for Physically Challenged candidate, 43 Years for Candidates belonging to RBA/SC/ST/ALC/SLC categories, 45 Years for Candidates in Govt. Service, 48 Years for Ex-serviceman.
Essential Qualifications:
Assistant Professor ->
(1) Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least with at least 55% marks {50%, excluding any grace marks, in case of scheduled Caste/ Scheduled tribe/ Differently-abled (Physically and Visually differently abled) Categories/Ph.D. degree holders, who have obtained their Master’s Degree prior to 19th September 1991.} or an equivalent grade in a point scale where grading system is followed at the Master’s Degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University.
(2) The candidate must have cleared NET/SLET/SET conducted by the UGC, CSIR/AIU.

3) The candidate who are, or have been awarded a Ph.D degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and procedure for Award of Ph.D degree regulations), 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET.

4) NET/SLET/SET shall also not be required for such Master’s Programmes in isciplines for which NET/SLET/SET is not conducted.
Assistant Professor (Engineering Discipline) -> B.E/B.Tech and Master’s degree in relevant branch with first class or equivalent either in B.E/B.Tech or Master’s Degree.
Librarian ->
(1) Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% marks {50%, excluding any grace marks, in case of Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled tribe/ Differently-abled (Physically and visually differently abled) Categories/ Ph.D. degree holders, who have obtained their Master’s Degree prior to 19th September 1991} or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed at the Master’s Degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian/ foreign University.
(2) The candidate must have cleared NET/SLET/SET conduct by the UGC, CSIR/AIU.
(3) The candidates who are, or have been awarded a Ph.D degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. degree regulations), 2009 shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET.
Physical Training Instructor ->
(1) A Master’s Degree in Physical Education or Master’s Degree in Sports Science with at least 55% marks {50%, excluding any grace marks, in case of Scheduled marks, in case of Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled tribe/ Differently-abled (Physically and Visually differently abled) categories/ Ph.D degree holders, who have obtained their Master’s Degree prior to 19th September 1991} or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed with a consistently good academic record.
(2) Has represented the University/ College at the inter-university/ collegiate competition or the State and/or national championship.
(3) The candidate must have cleared NET/SLET/SET conducted by the UGC, CSIR/AIU.
(4) The candidates who are, or have been awarded a Ph.D degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. degree regulations), 2009 shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET.
(5) Passed the physical fitness test as per standards.
Selection Process: Examination / Interview.
Application Fee: ₹ 805/- for General Category Candidates; ₹ 405/- for Reserved categories. The total amount of fee payable shall include ₹ 05/- as service charges of the J&K Bank. The fee made through bank challan on or before 21st February 2018.

Educational Qualifications:
Assistant Professor (Lecturer) -> MD / MS MBBS with Ph.D in concerned discipline. Minimum 03 Teaching / Research expeirence required. Recognized by Medical Council of India.
Lady Medical Officer -> MBBS / MD duly recognized by Medical Council of India.
Child Psychologist -> MD Pediatrics in concerned discipline with 03 years teaching / research experience.
Blood Bank -> MD Transfusion Medicine/ Pathology and Specialty board of Pathology Hema (USA) or MRC duly recognized by Medical Council of India.
Casualty Medical Officer -> MBBS. Fresher can also apply.
Medical Record Officer -> B.Sc/ M.Sc or equivalent having one year course for Medical Record officer/ keeper with two year experience in Organizing and maintenance Medical Records in a Hospital or in a Medical Institution of Standing.
