To enter data from various source documents into the computer system for storage, processing and data management purposes.
Checking source documents for accuracy
knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
comply with data integrity and security policies
formal computer training an advantage
proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms
You may need to collect a customers name, address, phone number or other information to verify he/her identity or account.You may also need to document information about your customer interaction, including leaving notes for the next customer service representative who speaks with the customer.
