Kairana migration report will unmask BJP leaders: UP minister Shivpal Yadav

New Delhi: Uttar Pradesh Cabinet minister Shivpal Yadav on Monday claimed that the report on the alleged migration from Kairana which the state government is going to make public soon will “unmask” BJP leaders.

“In view of the assembly elections next year, BJP and RSS are flaring up small incidents and giving them communal colour,” he alleged, adding, “Action will be taken against persons who try to flare up communal riots.”

On the row over foul language by BSP and BJP leaders against each other after Dayashankar Singh sparked an outrage by his derogatory comments against Mayawati, Shivpal said, “Women are respectable for everybody, but BSP leaders must also mind their language.”

Speaking about naming of Sheila Dikshit as Congress’ Chief Ministerial candidate and Raj Babbar as the party’s state chief, he said, “We are not afraid of retired people. Samajwadi Party will contest the election by uniting the followers of Ghandhi, Lohiya and Chowdhary Charan Singh.”
