Kapil Sharma’s show finally to go off air

Mumbai: Kapil Sharma has been in a lot of trouble since his alleged fight with the co-actor Sunil Grover. The show of his, ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’, is finally going off the small screen.

The comedian, who ruled over all other comedy shows will be taken off following his ill-health. He also had to cancel several shoots from the past months, as a result of his health condition.

Kapil Sharma has been keeping unwell and thus, has been unable to furnish new episodes. Sony Entertainment Television, the channel airing the show, has said that they have mutually decided to ‘take a short break’, reports DC.

So, you can expect the return of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ soon.

“Kapil has been under the weather for some time now. Due to which, we have mutually agreed to take a short break. However once Kapil has recovered completely, we will start shooting once again. We value our relationship with Kapil and wish him a speedy recovery,” an official spokesperson from the channel said.

Kapil’s weekend 9 pm slot on Sony will be taken over by Krushna Abhishek’s ‘The Drama Company’.
While the dance show, Super Dancer, will replace ‘The Drama Company’ in the 8 pm slot.
