Gurugram: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi was in Davos to attend the World Economic Forum Annual meeting. Speaking from the WEF platform, he invited foreign investors to come and invest in India and told that India welcomes with red carpet rather than red tape.

On other side, Karni Sena hooligans who have very close association with the ruling party BJP went on rampage, even attacking a school bus in Gurugram. This act was no less than terrorist attack.

Why can’t the Karni Sena be called a terrorist organization? Indian Prime Minister welcomes foreign dignitaries to India, praising about India’s ancient culture and ethos of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’, but the foreign investors would be wondering about the events that occurred simultaneously in India when PM Modi was in Davos.

More shocking is that these goons protesting against the movie had not yet seen the movie but resorting to violence creating a law and order problem.

Surprisingly, the states of Gujarat, Haryana, Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh had not only indirectly patronized the Karni Sena but also failed to do its constitutional duty of protecting law and order in the state.

While taking the oath, they promised to do their duty without fear or favour, but their silence when the school children were trembling with fear when attacked by the karni sena goons tells us that these right wing ideological elements go to any extent to remain in power.
