Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir government Satya Pal Malik said Kashmiri people should get a habit of casting vote, forming and changing governments. He said the vote is the biggest weapon. He told this while answering to a question of people’s indifference towards their franchise during the current parliamentary elections, posed at a news conference here at the civil secretariat on Monday morning. He said nothing would happen from Bandh and bullet, the biggest weapon is vote. Hence make it a habit to vote. Make it a habit to change the government.
On the question of assembly elections, Satya Pal Malik said conducting assembly elections is not in his power. The decision is taken by Election Commission.
