Hyderabad: Amidst early elections buzz, the TRS party announced its first official candidate for Assembly elections and the announcement was made by Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao’s daughter and Nizamabad MP K Kavitha. She announced Sanjay Kumar’s name as Jagtial constituency’s TRS party’s official candidate. She made it clear that Sanjay will contest from Jagtial constituency and sought the support of the people to Sanjay. She said Sanjay would be MLA of Jagtial constituency.
Participating in a program here on Tuesday, Kavitha said the ruling party would retain power with bigger majority. Animal Husbandry Minister Talasani Srinivas slammed Congress MLA T Jeevan Reddy for his “useless” statements. He asked Jeevan Reddy to tell what he had done for Jagtiyal constituency when he was a Minister. Dubbing Congress leaders as suitcase lifters, Talasani said they have no moral right to criticize TRS party.
