KCR afraid of Modi government, hence dissolved Assembly: BJP leader Narsimha Rao

Telangana: Telangana CM KCR has dissolved the state Assembly today ahead of scheduled polls passing a new resolution paving way for ‘One nation One election’ polls and to conduct early polls in the state along with other states.

The resolution was passed after KCR held a meeting with Cabinet ministers in Hyderabad where MLAs and MLCs were asked to be present said sources, ABP reported.

Governor ESL Narsimhan have asked KCR to continue to be the caretaker CM until the polls confirmed the sources.

Now reacting to the sudden major move by KCR, BJP party leader G. V. L. Narasimha Rao said that the TRS government is afraid of Modi government.

He claimed that TRS bid decision came just after the aftermath of the same.

He added that now that the assembly is dissolved his “party is ready for re-election at any moment”.

Meanwhile Congress Chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy has alleged that KCR has disappointed people of Telangana with government’s poor performance in the state apart from cheating the people through ‘fake and tall’ promises.

“Fearing that he could be questioned by the people on streets for the failure of his government to deliver on promises, KCR is preparing for early polls although his party was given a mandate for five years,” Reddy has claimed.
