KCR anti-BCs, says VH

Hyderabad: Senior Congress leader V. Hanumantha Rao on Friday alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has conspired to ensure that no BC leader developed in the State politically.

Addressing mediapersons here today, VH said the CM has slashed the BC reservations from 34% to 23% to prevent the growth of the BCs. He also said the BC quota would not have been reduced if KCR properly fought the case in Supreme Court. He said they would intensify their agitation on behalf of the party till the reservations of the BCs were increased to 35 percent. He said they would also fight the case in the Supreme Court if necessary after taking permission from the party high command.
