KCR attends Chandi Yagam on second day

Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao today participated in Chandi Yagam at his Yerravalli farm house on second day. The yagam aims at the welfare of Telangana State.
Along with his wife Shobha and party leaders, the Chief Minister performed special pujas to mark the event. The entire farm house of KCR was reverberated with Vedic hymns and chanting of slokas with 300 Rithviks participating in the holy Yagam. As many as 200 Rithviks performed paryanas to mark Sahasra Chandi Yagam performed as per Shringeri Peetham traditions. Vishakha Sharada Peetham pontiff Swarupananda Swamy was holding the yagam at the KCR farm house. MPs, MLAs, MLCs, leaders and officials were present.
