Ridiculing Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for belittling the Congress leaders on Friday, AICC secretary V Hanumantha Rao today quipped that KCR was feeling like a hero of ‘World Cup’ for winning Singareni workers’ union elections.
Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan here on Saturday, VH alleged that KCR made all possible efforts to win Singareni union elections as his daughter and Nizamabad MP Kavitha is honorary president of TBGKS. He said the Opposition parties questioned KCR’s failure to fulfill his assurances made to the people. Faulting KCR for dubbing TPCC Chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy as ‘Dora’, VH said Uttam could not have worked in the Army if he felt like a ‘Dora’. (NSS)
