KCR to pick Mutha Gopal for Mushirabad

Hyderabad: TRS boss and Caretaker Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is likely to give Mushirabad Assembly ticket to Mutha Gopal, though, his close lieutenant and caretaker home minister N Narsimha Reddy has repeatedly sought the same ticket to his son in law V Srinisvas Reddy. KCR is in favour of Gopal, according to sources close to the ruling party.

Ahead of the polls and nominations date is coming to an end on Nov 19, the TRS Boss is to announce the candidate for Mushirabad, and the two candidates are strongly pitching for the seat. TRS chief is to announce Kodad segment to a strong candidate who is capable to take on the TPCC Chief Utham’s wife Padmavathi Reddy.

According to information, three candidates from the ruling party are seeking ticket including former MLA Chander Rao, Shashidhar Reddy and Mallaiah.

It is most likely that KCR, who has so far announced 117 out of 119 seats, is to zero in on Reddy leader to split community votes in favour of the ruling party in Kodad segment which has turned prestigious now.
