Kendriya Vidyalaya in Siddipet begins: Harish

Hyderabad: TRS MLA T Harish Rao today said admissions into the newly formed Kendriya Vidyalaya in Siddipet district will be transparent and ensure quality education.

Participating in the inaugural function of the KV School in the presence of Collector Krishna Bhasker, Principal and other officials, Harish Rao said he was happy that the classes began in the Kendriya Vidyalaya, which has become a reality after eight years of efforts. Though the KV institute was sanctioned in combined AP State, then rulers of Andhra Pradesh shifted it to Tenali town in Guntur district, he complained.

Despite that, Siddipet got the Kendriya Vidyalaya and will offer quality education to the children, he said. MP Kotha Prabhakar Reddy made serious efforts for the sanction of the new institution, he said. A permanent building with all facilities will be built for the Kendriya Vidyalaya to provide best quality education. He also observed that private school students have also coming to join the Kendriya Vidyalaya.

Collector Krishna Bhasker expressed happiness at the start of the new Central education institute in Siddipet. The school will soon get adequate facilities and would offer better quality of education, he added.
