Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala Police has booked a case of ‘negligent act endangering the life of a person’ against an ambulance driver who mishandled an accident victim putting him upside-down on a stretcher for urinating inside the ambulance.

According to initial reports, the man met with an accident on 20 March near Palakkad District on National Highway at Kodakkad near Mannarkkad. He was first rushed to a hospital in Palakkad but was later taken to Thrissur in Kerala for further treatment.
